Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Repair Audit Framework: Design and implement a comprehensive repair audit framework to ensure consistency and quality in our repair processes.
  • Complete Repairer Audits and Reporting: Conduct regular audits of our repair partners and provide timely reporting to Claims Services Management to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Review and Improve Controls and Systems: Regularly review our controls and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements to optimize repair performance.
  • Monitor Repairer Trends and Compliance: Analyze repairer trends and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations to maintain high-quality repair services.
  • Provide Technical Support and Knowledge Sharing: Offer technical expertise and knowledge sharing to our Claims Teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Complex Repair Referral Point: Serve as the primary point of contact for complex repairs, providing guidance and support to ensure effective resolution.
Requirements
  • Heavy Vehicle Repair Background or Senior Assessing Position: Possess a strong technical background in heavy vehicle repair or a senior assessing position, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Transport, Repairer, or Insurance industry.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to critically analyze repair works and costs.
  • Strong Communication and Influencing Skills: Possess strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Focus: Maintain a high level of customer service focus, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
