Drive Operational Excellence and Deliver Customer Success

About the Role:
  • Partner with Enterprise customers to optimize their experience with our solutions, ensuring maximum value realization.
  • Analyze customer needs, goals, and industry trends to drive tailored engagement strategies.
  • Develop and implement customer retention plans, mitigating churn risk through proactive support.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with Sales to drive business expansion.
  • Leverage deep industry expertise to provide actionable insights, recommendations, and best practices.
  • Advocate for customers internally, influencing product development based on industry trends and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of total work experience with at least 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with Enterprise customers or in an Enterprise-level organization.
  • 3+ years of industry experience in Retail/Hospitality or managing Enterprise customers in those industries.
  • Excellent ability to build executive relationships and drive business value for Enterprise customers.
  • A background in leveraging data to inform customer-facing and internal strategies.
  • Persuasion and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels.
  • Strong listening skills, understanding customer pain points, and taking action to address them.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
