Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client event enquiries through all platforms, following the sales flow to completely understand their needs, expectations, and preferences.">
  • Ensure quotes are put forward to secure new business across events, restaurant reservations, group accommodation, and other related activities.">
  • Utilise sales and reservations systems, ensuring accurate data entry and CRM information reflective of business source and channel.">
  • Support the sales team with proactive business hunting, prospecting for potential leads through data analysis, recommendations, and sales calls.">
  • Lead site inspections that impress clients and seal deals for decision makers.">
  • Carefully prepare banquet event orders covering every aspect of the client's event, ensuring no detail goes un-noted and event staff have all necessary information for a seamless experience.">
  • Work closely with back-of-house teams on event coordination, menus, and room set-up requirements, to host exceptional events.">
  • Ensure presence on-site for special events as event coordinator or at the direction of the Director of Sales or General Manager.">
  • Ensure post-event follow-up is treated with the same care as pre-event planning.">
