The Event Coordinator and Operations Specialist will be responsible for leading the planning and smooth delivery of major school events, including celebrations, open days, information evenings, and community gatherings. They will also support the school's broader administrative efforts through high-quality communications, newsletters, and calendar coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the planning and execution of school events, ensuring excellence and attention to detail.
- Liaising with external vendors, staff, and families to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Supporting key communications, newsletters, and calendar coordination to promote school events and activities.
- Overseeing parent-facing platforms, such as excursion management, bus service, lunch service, and parent app, to ensure families experience clear, professional communication and smooth processes.
