They will also support the school's broader administrative efforts through high-quality communications, newsletters, and calendar coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the planning and execution of school events, ensuring excellence and attention to detail.
  • Liaising with external vendors, staff, and families to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Supporting key communications, newsletters, and calendar coordination to promote school events and activities.
  • Overseeing parent-facing platforms, such as excursion management, bus service, lunch service, and parent app, to ensure families experience clear, professional communication and smooth processes.
