Job DescriptionThe Head of Sales Enablement will lead the development and execution of a revenue enablement strategy that aligns with CreditorWatch's business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in sales enablement, and a deep understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement training programs, create playbooks and best practices, and establish certification processes for sales competencies and product knowledge.
This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and offers hybrid working conditions based out of our Sydney CBD office.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a revenue enablement strategy that aligns with CreditorWatch's business objectives.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Create playbooks and best practices to standardise sales execution and improve win rates.
- Establish a certification process for sales competencies and product knowledge.
