
National Sales Growth Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute a winning growth strategy across the portfolio, leveraging commercial acumen, negotiation, and influencing skills to drive top results for the business.
A high level of analytical problem-solving ability is required, along with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. The ideal candidate will have experience as a National Account Manager within an FMCG environment, particularly managing major grocery.
- Create Joint Customer Business Plans: Collaborate with customers to define and implement joint business plans that drive mutual growth and profitability.
- Develop Broad Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share.
- Input into Long-term Strategies: Contribute to the development of long-term strategies that meet future customer requirements, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top results, including sales, marketing, and operations.
