Early Childhood Education Opportunity

Goodstart, Australia's largest early learning provider, is seeking a skilled and dedicated educator to join their team.

About the Role:

  • As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you will be responsible for leading your own room and guiding a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • You will work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and improve teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Mentoring and guiding a team of educators to ensure exceptional care and education for children.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to promote a safe and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
