Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning in Varsity Lakes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and enhancing exceptional learning programs for our children, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

Salary Package

The salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children
  • Work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader
  • Dedicate to safety and inclusivity
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card
