About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Burleigh. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in crafting and enhancing exceptional learning programs for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement high-quality learning programs that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to achieve educational goals and outcomes
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes equity
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
  • Contribute to the overall well-being and care of children

About You:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check/Blue Card
