Executive Support Officer

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Support Officer to join our team at Mounties Group. This is a part-time opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, with flexibility to work from home and our administration building in Liverpool.
About the RoleThis key role will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the successful operation of our Premier League Netball franchise. You will be the point of contact for all communications and correspondence, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders including Netball NSW.
Duties and Responsibilities- Organize and oversee logistics of events, ensuring timely completion of key deliverables.
- Coordinate communications and serve as a primary point of contact for all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance obligations are met through provision of administrative assistance.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and community engagement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Netball stakeholders.
- Manage databases, portfolios, and uniforms for the netball franchise.
- Possess a strong passion for netball and understanding of its principles.
- Operate with integrity, striving for excellence in stakeholder interactions.
- Proven ability to provide effective administrative support.
- Demonstrable proficiency in software systems and web-based platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
- Holding current First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation Certificate.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
- Current Driver's License.
- Contribute to an elite sports program.

Around $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and regional factors.
