The Role
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties across 4 prestigious buildings located within 5km of the office.
  • Support a senior property manager to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients and residents.
  • Hold open homes and private inspections, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain high standards of property maintenance.
  • Process applications, handle tenant liaison, and utilise cloud-based software to manage tasks efficiently.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-6 months experience in property management
  • QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Strong organisational skills
