Senior Director of Technology


Job Description:

This is a high-level role where you will lead technology initiatives and drive innovation, security, and service excellence. You will oversee everything from cloud platforms and infrastructure to data governance, cybersecurity, and service desk operations.


Pivotal Role Overview:

This is a permanent full-time position based in our office with flexibility across other sites. As the Senior Director of Technology, you will be responsible for leading teams, driving strategic initiatives, and developing data strategies across a multi-platform environment.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and your team to drive strategic initiatives including digital transformation, ITIL-based service excellence, and a security-first mindset.
  • Develop and implement a data strategy ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with third-party providers managing contracts and ensuring effective service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement inclusivity and customer service excellence empowering your team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior IT management role with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of project management delivery of defined packages of work and IT service management toolsets.
  • Experience working in a not-for-profit sector and/or NDIS environment is highly regarded.
