
Healthcare Transformation Leader

Make a meaningful impact in the health and human services sector by joining our team as a Director of Health Transformation. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and lead the development of digital and technology strategies for system managers and health services/providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the development of digital and technology strategies for system managers and health services/providers.
- Define and implement future state operating models for business units and functions to better align with strategic goals, improve efficiency and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct options analysis', detailed business case development and funding submissions for local, state and federal departments and providers.
- Manage and implement technology-enabled transformational change that improves the day-to-day lives of providers and patients.
- Support business development activities which directly impact our growth and reputation in the health sector.
- Take on responsibilities ranging from preparing high-impact presentations and reports to conducting detailed quantitative analysis for our clients and stakeholders.
- Work on client site to execute project and change management initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in the health industry.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Project Management certification e.g. Prince2, MSP, PMBoK, Agile (desirable not mandatory).
- Experience in leading and delivering digital transformations at a portfolio, program or project level, with knowledge and experience in traditional or agile Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and end-to-end project delivery.
- Confidence and experience in leading and working within large and multi-disciplinary teams.
- An understanding of digital technologies, applications and industry best practices within health and human services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving.
- Experience in providing strategic advice and guidance to senior executives and sponsors.
