Job DescriptionThis support position will be responsible for administering systems, coordinating processes and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage internal processes, specifically CRM tools, governance reviews, document control and SharePoint content management.
- Deliver reliable support to business development teams and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain customer, campaign and contact records in the CRM system in line with data integrity standards.
- Provide first-level user assistance, including onboarding support for new CRM users.
- Schedule, organise and coordinate internal decision gate reviews.
- Prepare and distribute review templates, agendas and input requests to stakeholders.
- Maintain SharePoint site structure, user permissions and content libraries.
- Participate in selected campaign reviews and debrief sessions to capture lessons learned.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.
- Understanding of CRM systems and their role in supporting business development and customer engagement.
- Knowledge of document control principles, including version management and formatting standards.
- Awareness of internal governance processes and review protocols.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness of outputs.
- Ability to organise work, manage competing priorities and meet agreed timelines.
- Awareness of confidentiality and information security requirements when handling sensitive data.
- Commitment to continuous learning and willingness to expand skills in business operations and data analytics.
