Role

We are looking for a motivated and versatile Operations Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This position offers a mix of customer service, warehouse support, and driving duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working across different areas of the business.


Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Administration
    • Provide support at the internal sales counter, delivering prompt and professional service.
    • Assist the Office Manager with a range of administrative tasks including order entry, scheduling, and general office duties.
    • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


  • Warehouse Support
    • Pick and prepare stock orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Assist with loading and organising deliveries in line with company standards.
    • Support general warehouse operations to maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment.


  • Driving & Delivery
    • Serve as a backup driver for short local trips and regional runs when required.
    • Ensure goods are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with transport regulations.
    • Maintain accurate delivery records and support logistics planning.



Skills & Requirements
  • Current driver's licence, with the ability and commitment to obtain an HR Truck Licence.
  • Willingness to obtain a Forklift Licence (training provided if not already certified).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A flexible, hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt to different tasks as required.
