This position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage internal processes, coordinate tasks, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Growth Function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing daily operations, including CRM tools, document control, and SharePoint content management.
- Providing timely and reliable support to business development teams and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate customer, campaign, and contact records in the CRM system.
- Offering first-level user assistance, including onboarding support for new CRM users.
- Scheduling and coordinating internal decision gate reviews.
- Preparing and distributing review templates, agendas, and input requests to stakeholders.
- Maintaining SharePoint site structure, user permissions, and content libraries.
Key requirements include working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, understanding of CRM systems, and knowledge of document control principles. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet agreed timelines.
