Executive Chef Candidates Wanted

We are seeking highly experienced Sous Chefs who excel in liaising between Head Chefs and Line Chefs, with significant leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise between Head Chefs and Line Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Deliver exceptional food quality to our Villages across Western Australia.
- Ensure a profitable kitchen operation for the village.
- 3+ years cumulative chef experience, working in remote village environments (FIFO or DIDO).
- 2+ years experience supervising and managing teams of chefs to deliver smooth services.
- Strong experience in bulk/batch cooking environments.
- Ordering, profit, and wastage reporting.
- Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade certificate.
- Applied knowledge of HACCP principles in bulk cooking environments.
- Ability to help create service schedules on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
- Applied knowledge of workplace safety systems and compliance requirements.
- Able to work night shifts where required.
- Intermediate skills regarding Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of relevant kitchen chemicals, including their application and storage.
- WA Manual C Class driver's license.
