As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be tasked with delivering end-to-end recruitment of social and community services roles across WA/NT and SA territory.

Key responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and talent pipelining, and developing innovative inclusive sourcing strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels.
  • Develop and implement inclusive hiring strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Evaluate and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop effective hiring plans.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruiting for social and community services roles.
  • Passive recruiting expertise and ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems is an asset.
  • A background in not-for-profit organizations is highly valued.
