About the Job

The Recruitment Consultant will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to securing placements, while growing their portfolio and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the 360-degree recruitment process, including candidate searches, talent communities, and client relationships
  • Achieve KPIs and monthly/quarterly targets while expanding the client base
