About the Role

This position involves managing, coordinating and executing activities to facilitate business development and partnerships with various stakeholders at the regional/local level. The role contributes to organisational success by effectively managing assigned business development initiatives, strategies, accounts relationships and partnership programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders. They will also possess a high level of organisational skills, allowing them to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve organisational goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, community groups and industry partners
  • Manage and coordinate business development projects, ensuring timely completion and effective outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of proposals, reports and other business documents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • A base salary ranging from $119,757 - $132,188 per annum

This is a child-related position, requiring a Working with Children Check. An eligibility list may be created for this position, valid for 18 months.
