Job Overview

The successful Bid Management Professional coordinates and manages pursuits and bids in a designated region, providing professional support for the company's work-winning activities.

Responsibilities include developing bids with proposal teams, coordinating and inputting to pursuits, and supporting client-specific business development related activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead bids across regions, ensuring alignment with strategy and objectives.
  • Proactively manage multiple tender processes of varying scale and complexity, including bid scheduling, compliance, and document production.
  • Support business development decisions and analyse bid performance metrics to drive process improvements and increase success rates.
  • Collaborate with teams, guide win strategies, and contribute to improvements in bidding processes and success rates.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in bidding, including scheduling and production with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Strong proofing and content development skills, with excellent internal influencing and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Ability to remain positively motivated under significant pressure and deadlines.
