Job Description

We provide safe and supportive living environments for individuals through our innovative Vertical Villages and tailored accommodations. Our 24/7 support enables participants to live independently and on their own terms.

Ideal locations include Neutral Bay, Mosman, North Sydney, Kirribilli, Milsons Point, Cammeray, Crows Nest, Wollstonecraft, Waverton, Lavender Bay, Lane Cove, Chatswood, or St Leonards.

">Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 6-12 months' experience in disability, aged care, home care, mental health or related fields
  • Certificate III/IV/Diploma in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or similar (preferred)
  • Experience with high-intensity behavioural support

Additional qualifications advantageous but not required for all roles:

  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • First Aid Certification
  • Driver's Licence and insured vehicle

About This Role

Multiple openings exist across different skill levels, shift types, and locations. Depending on your experience and interests, you could be:

  1. Supporting clients with personal care, community access, and daily routines
  2. Working in our purpose-built Vertical Villages (SIL/SDA)
  3. Managing complex needs including behaviours of concern, trauma, forensic backgrounds, and/or high clinical needs
  4. Administering medication and following detailed health support plans
  5. Implementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniques
  6. Providing meaningful, person-centred care to NDIS participants
  7. Collaborating with clinicians, case workers, and families
