Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with clients and provide individualized support
  • Administer medication and assist with daily living tasks
  • Transport clients to and from appointments and activities
  • Assist with the implementation of programs and services
  • Report writing and communication

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • A current driver's licence
  • A vehicle that can transport upwards of 4 people
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • Ability to work a 7-day shift work roster
  • Willingness to participate in pre-employment medical checks
  • Two professional references
