Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality support services to clients in a group home setting.
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and administration of medication.
- Develop and implement individualized plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes.
- A minimum of 4-5 days availability per week.
- Must be available for early morning shifts.
- A current driver's license with a minimum P2 classification.
- An attractive casual hourly rate, including superannuation and penalty rates.
