Job Opportunity

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of others by joining our team as a Support Worker. As a vital member of our care team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support services to our clients, empowering them to live independently and reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized support and assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, social support, and transportation. You will also be accountable for identifying and reporting any changes in a client's condition, promoting their independence, and supporting their overall well-being.

  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients, prioritizing their needs and preferences
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, domestic assistance, and meal preparation
  • Transport clients to appointments and other destinations, ensuring safe and comfortable travel
  • Report any changes in client health or wellbeing to supervisors, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies

To succeed in this rewarding role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • A registered and insured car, with a valid driver's license
  • A current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • A police check and flu vaccination (as per company policy)

Previous experience working in community or aged care is highly desirable, but not essential. What's most important is your passion for delivering exceptional support services and making a positive difference in people's lives.
