Acquisitions Strategy Role

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our land acquisitions strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive land acquisitions strategy to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage litigation accompanying large scale land acquisition programs.
  • Meet legislative requirements and policy best practice established by the Centre for Property Acquisitions.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in land economics, property valuation or a related field, as well as significant experience in developing and delivering land acquisition strategic projects.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, managing teams, and the ability to operate in an evolving and fast-paced environment are crucial to your success.

Essential Requirements
  • Qualifications: Degree or equivalent qualifications in land economics, property valuation, or other relevant property-related discipline.
  • Experience: Extensive experience with the application and interpretation of environmental planning and assessment acts and associated legal processes.
  • Skills: Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering land acquisition strategic projects to ensure accountability.
