The Role
The Senior Manager Acquisitions is responsible for delivering high-value land acquisition programs. This involves managing large-scale projects within timeframes and budgetary constraints, as well as meeting legislative requirements and policy best practice.
About You
You'll be providing expert quality strategic advice on land acquisitions and future land uses. Your ability to develop a strategic approach to land acquisition will be crucial to your role.
Essential Requirements include:
- Degree or equivalent qualifications in land economics, property valuation or other relevant property-related discipline.
- Extensive experience with the application and interpretation of Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act and associated legal processes.
