About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering complex land acquisition projects within timeframes and budgetary constraints, while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and policy best practice.

You will provide expert quality strategic advice to senior executives and stakeholders, develop and maintain an acquisition strategy to plan future acquisition programs, and manage teams to achieve business objectives.

Your ability to develop a flexible approach to land acquisition, engage effectively with stakeholders, and operate in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement land acquisition strategies to meet business objectives
  • Provide expert advice on land acquisition and related matters to senior executives and stakeholders

Essential Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualifications in land economics, property valuation, or other relevant property-related discipline
  • Extensive experience in developing and delivering land acquisition strategic projects
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and team management skills
