Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Supervisor Operations will lead, coach and develop our RTIO Team Members to achieve Safe Production of all field activities. The team includes Field Assistants, Survey Assistants, Operations Coordinators and Hydrogeological Technicians.

Collaborate with Contracts Supervisors to support them in achieving the 2-Week Plan. Reporting to the Superintendent Operations, working an 8 days on; 6 days off roster, key responsibilities include:

  • Accountability for leading a team to achieve safe production of all field activities.
  • Coaching and developing RTIO Team Members.
  • Collaboration with Contracts Supervisors.
  • Supporting operations teams in achieving production targets.
Where You'll Work

This role is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. We have an integrated portfolio of iron ore assets that includes 16 mines, four independent port terminals, a 1,700-kilometre rail network and related infrastructure.

About This Role

This opportunity is part of our Greater Hope Downs / Rhodes Ridge team. Working from West Angelas, you'll be flying in and out of the area on a Wednesday/Wednesday 8/6 roster.
