Field Service Operations Manager

The role of Field Service Operations Manager is to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer experience and drive business growth through effective management of field service operations.
Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating daily activities to maximize labor efficiency and productivity, providing guidance and direction to team members, processing and resolving warranty claims in a timely and professional manner, developing and training field service personnel, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
- Previous supervisory experience in a mechanical workshop environment is essential for this role.
- A trade qualification in a mechanical discipline, combined with a minimum of 5 years post-trade experience, is highly desirable.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Business (Front Line Management) is an advantageous addition to your skillset.
- Strong EHS management culture and commitment to achieving company targets are key aspects of this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position.
