About This Role
- Conduct thorough hearing assessments and provide maintenance for hearing aids (Full training provided)
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face and phone-based customer support
- Confirm and schedule appointments using diary management tools
- Identify and capitalize on external lead generation opportunities to drive customer engagement
- Support clinics in achieving optimal performance through data analysis and solution implementation
- Provide administrative assistance to audiologists and clinic staff
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Affable and passionate individual with prior experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and technical aptitude
- Previous administration experience is an asset, with full training provided
- Sales experience is beneficial
