Hearing Solutions Specialist

This role as an Advisory Professional plays a vital part in helping customers achieve their hearing objectives. Our purpose is simple: transform the way hearing healthcare is perceived and experienced worldwide.
We seek a motivated and customer-focused individual who thrives on assisting people in rediscovering the emotions of sound. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting hearing screening checks and maintaining hearing aids (Full training provided)
- Providing face-to-face and phone-based customer support
- Scheduling appointments through diary management
- Identifying external lead generation opportunities and executing local marketing initiatives
- Assisting clinics to optimize performance through reporting and solution follow-ups
- Offering administrative support to Audiologists and the clinic team
To excel in this position, you'll ideally possess:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or retail environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and being tech-savvy
- Administrative experience is advantageous; however, full training will be provided
- Sales background is beneficial
