Senior Change Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Facilitator to partner with our strategic, enterprise PMO team.

This role involves collaborating directly with initiative owners and project teams to develop change strategies/plans, executing change plans, and providing data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will contribute to PMO continuous improvement activities and provide advisory support to People Leaders.

  • A results-driven individual with expertise in managing change initiatives, ensuring sustainable outcomes are delivered smoothly.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in change management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a coaching style.

Effective project management skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders from C-suite to frontline are essential for this role.
