About the Role
The Commercial Operations Specialist will provide key operational support to the Administration & Sales Teams, enabling them to deliver and achieve sales & GP targets. They will also drive improvement in customer experience and provide system support across key channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Direct Delivery fulfilment operations, including purchase orders and sales orders.
- Review, approve, and manage Customer account requests, ensuring company policies and data integrity.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Ecommerce, Sales, and Retail teams, providing operational support and fostering cross-functional partnerships.
- Champion key change management initiatives, including process documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Assist with email inbox management and ticket queues, ensuring timely and professional request processing.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for Accounts Payable, Sales Team, and Inventory Support Team, resolving issues.
About You
We seek a go-getter with enthusiasm, drive, and a keen eye for detail and process improvement. You will possess experience with Microsoft Office Suite, effective communication skills, and high-level customer service and stakeholder management skills.
