Flight Operations Quality Assurance Coordinator

Regional Express is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Flight Operations Quality Assurance Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will be based at our Head Office in Mascot, Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Part 142 Quality Assurance activities, including the Quality Assurance Management System as described in CASR
  • Provide regular updates to the Rex Group Chief Operating Officers on the effectiveness of the Quality Assurance Management System
  • Identify and escalate operational hazards, and validate completed actions
  • Develop and present analysis of flight data, and create flight animations for use in accident and incident investigations
  • Participate in FOQA Team meetings and contribute to the Rex Group Safety Management System and Quality Assurance Program
  • Represent the Rex Group at FOQA related industry meetings and seminars
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance processes
  • Leadership experience and a high level of understanding of Safety Management Systems and Quality Assurance Programs
  • Ability to meet the requirements of CASA Part 142 key personnel
  • High level of proficiency in computers, spreadsheets, and data dissemination tools
  • Previous experience in flight data programs and data analytics leadership
