About the Role
This is a dynamic and varied role where you'll support the Enterprise Delivery General Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diary management, travel arrangements, lodging invoices and corporate card reconciliation
- Inbox management and responding on behalf of accordingly
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Supporting new starter induction, administering and updating documents on SharePoint
- Assisting with putting together team / event agendas or PowerPoint decks as required
No two days will be the same as you seamlessly juggle multiple competing priorities, adapting your communication style for various audiences, and recognising that you are often privy to sensitive and confidential information.
This role offers plenty of opportunity to make it your own showcasing your outstanding attention to detail, as well as adding value with your own ideas and input.
You'll be an integral part of a highly collaborative, super engaged team who love what they do.
The role can be based in one of our main office locations in Adelaide, Melbourne, Bendigo, Sydney, or Brisbane.
We operate with hybrid ways of working, requiring you to come into the office a minimum of two days per week.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Team Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or equivalent in a medium to large complex environment
- A general understanding of Project Management (e.g. Project Life Cycle, Project documentation standards and methodologies)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated capabilities in the Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and outlook)
- Proven ability to make decisions, manage multiple competing tasks, and re-prioritise constantly
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with different personality types and stakeholders at all levels across the enterprise
- Maturity, resilience, and a calm disposition coupled with energy, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset

We offer a salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
