Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Aquabest Pty Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
  • Negotiate with clients to secure favorable sales terms and prices
  • Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and threats
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business success
  • Monitor sales data and provide insights to inform sales strategies
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least one year of full-time sales management experience
  • At least three years of sales-related working experience in Australia
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
