Job Title: Corporate Services Assistant

Colliers Workplace Management Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Services Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Administer the workplace, including meeting rooms, AV facilities, and break-out areas, to ensure operational excellence.
  • Assist in maintaining the client areas to provide the best working environment and functionality for all employees and visitors.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and accurate administration of the workplace.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, administration, or workplace management, with a focus on customer-centric events.
  • Strong communication skills and impeccable presentation, with attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented and able to assess and prioritize workload within deadline-driven environments.
  • Thrives on teamwork, collaborating to overcome obstacles and achieve collective success.
