About the Role

The Corporate Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Sales team in driving innovation and improving sales results. This role will involve managing multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver sales and wellness activities, as well as contributing to the development of marketing and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Corporate Sales Team in advising, coordinating, planning, and delivering sales and wellness activities.
  • Work closely with the HCF Marketing Team to contribute to the development of marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in the management of stakeholder relationships and coordinate events for Corporate Wellness initiatives and corporate events.
  • Manage supply and maintenance of merchandise and equipment for corporate events.
  • Manage internal communications related to corporate campaigns.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

  • Demonstrated 2-3 years' experience in administration working in an office/customer service/operational environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to tactfully liaise with a variety of stakeholders while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritize, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality/data security.
  • Strong organizational, administration, and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
