Job Title

A key player in enabling our client's next phase of growth as a Senior Accountant, you will become an integral part of the broader team.

With at least 4 years' experience in a public practice environment, you will collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner. Work with Partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, assist with staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, and lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs.

Develop and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory service and solutions to add long-term value. Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts. Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients. Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events, and help provide exceptional service to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice, Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar, expertise using accounting software including APS, MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills and attention to detail, and be committed to providing exceptional service to clients.
