Financial Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be able to provide expert advice to clients.

• The successful applicant will work closely with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed on time.
• Responsibilities include providing tax planning and advisory services, assisting with staff training, and leading the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns.

1. Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed efficiently.
2. Work with Partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.
3. Assist with staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
4. Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs.
5. Develop and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory service and solutions to add long-term value.
6. Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG for various companies and trusts.
7. Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients.

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice.
• Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar.
• Expertise using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero, and Quickbooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
