We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team in providing high-quality care to children.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place Framework
- Foster meaningful relationships with children, supporting their individual needs and interests
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and fun environment that encourages learning and growth
- Assist with daily routines, care, supervision, and learning opportunities across structured and free play activities
- Collaborate with a professional team to deliver exceptional care across multiple school sites
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Children's Services or at least 12 months experience in a similar position
- The ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a team
- An understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place learning framework
- The capacity to develop respectful relationships with children and promote their well-being
- Awareness of child development principles and the importance of structured and unstructured activities
This role offers:
- A minimum guaranteed 15 hours per week for part-time staff
- 25% loading for casual employees
- Flexible weekday morning and afternoon shifts and school holiday work
