Outside School Hours Care Educator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team in providing high-quality care to children.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place Framework
  • Foster meaningful relationships with children, supporting their individual needs and interests
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and fun environment that encourages learning and growth
  • Assist with daily routines, care, supervision, and learning opportunities across structured and free play activities
  • Collaborate with a professional team to deliver exceptional care across multiple school sites
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Children's Services or at least 12 months experience in a similar position
  • The ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a team
  • An understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place learning framework
  • The capacity to develop respectful relationships with children and promote their well-being
  • Awareness of child development principles and the importance of structured and unstructured activities
