Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Child, Youth and Family Support Worker to join our team. This is an ongoing casual position with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
This role requires you to work collaboratively with a positive and supportive team to achieve positive results.
- Provide emotional support to children, youth and families in multiple settings including Therapeutic Residential Care, Home Based Care and Disability (SIL)
- Engage with clients using empathy and empowerment
Responsibilities include:
- Working with vulnerable populations
- Providing individualized support plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Key Accountabilities:
- Supporting the development of young people
- Enhancing family relationships
- Ensuring client safety and well-being
