- Gather, analyze and interpret large datasets related to procurement, production schedules, and distribution to uncover inefficiencies in the supply chain.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and improve workflow efficiencies.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to model scenarios, forecast demand, and optimize inventory replenishment cycles.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align data insights with real-world operational needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools.

Data Analysis & Process Optimization- Conduct comprehensive inventory audits to monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods.
- Generate detailed reports on stock movements, shelf-life tracking, and supplier lead times to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Identify discrepancies in inventory records and implement corrective measures to maintain accuracy.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Create contingency plans for critical scenarios to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitor external factors that could affect ingredient availability or costs.
The successful candidate will be able to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
