Optimize Supply Chain Operations

Seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Analyst to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing supply chain data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
2. Collaborate with planning teams to update monthly reports, ensuring timely and accurate data presentation.
3. Review stock levels across different distribution centers, identifying potential risks and opportunities for inventory optimization.
4. Update shipment priorities with the shipping team, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
5. Track critical shipments and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
6. Review safety stock levels in conjunction with planners, ensuring timely updates in the system.
7. Examine back-order reports, guaranteeing recovery comments are up-to-date, and collaborate with planners to resolve issues.
8. Manage manual allocation and support SCM product allocation for various business units.
9. Provide regular excess inventory report updates, highlighting actions required with the planning team.
10. Evaluate quarterly performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with planners and product managers on actions.
11. Follow up on drop ship orders based on shipment schedules.
12. Update the ANZ back-order projection report, highlighting potential risks with all planners.
13. Update master data extension templates in collaboration with planners.
14. Raise master data change requests in conjunction with planners.
15. Review discrepancies in master data, raising update requests on a periodic basis.
16. Manage purchase order discrepancies highlighted by the APAC shared services team.
17. Collaborate with logistics teams to address in-bound variances and adjust the ERP system accordingly.
18. Manage Goods Receipt vs Invoice Receipt variances in collaboration with planning and logistics teams.
19. Raise stock scrap requests with logistics teams in collaboration with planners.
20. Raise credit claims for in-bound variances as necessary.
21. Support relevant supply chain projects (MDR/IVDR, RECODE, etc.) as needed.
22. Support the ANZ planning team with data downloads and updates as required.
23. Act as a planning backup when a planner is on leave.Required Skills and Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, IT&T, Technical, or a relevant medical discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and self-motivated.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power BI).
• Supply chain planning experience (e.g., Demand Planning).
• Previous working knowledge of supply chain operations and supporting processes and systems.
• MedTech industry experience.
• Experience in using corporate systems (e.g., SAP, JDE).
