Key Role: Workplace Experience Coordinator

  • Manage reception services, visitor access, and workplace inquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate desk booking systems and room reservations to streamline operations.
  • Plan and execute engaging workplace events and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure workplaces are properly maintained and ready for use at all times.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technology systems to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Collect and analyze feedback data to inform workplace improvements.
  • Develop and implement programs that align with client culture and values.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business, or a related field, accompanied by relevant customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, along with strong task prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant workplace management tools, including space management software.
  • Experience in corporate workplace environments, event planning, and project coordination is highly desirable.
