We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and managing complex customer and merchant disputes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating and resolving escalated and complex customer and merchant disputes
- Providing support to the Customer Service team for escalated complaints
- Preparing detailed and logical EDR responses to AFCA and other dispute resolution bodies
- Analyzing complaint data and making recommendations to improve processes
Requirements:
- Proven background in Customer Service, Complaints Handling and Dispute Resolution
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated experience in dispute resolution, including communication and management of complaint cases to external groups
