Job Description:

The Regional IT Coordinator is responsible for managing regional team members who primarily support IT operations and service delivery. This role will work closely with the Regional IT Manager to oversee the management of resources, address issues, and improve service delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities include administrative duties such as resource development and addressing required issues, focusing on service delivery, maturity, and improvement. Additionally, this role will review and audit service management reports, escalating data as necessary, and contribute to overall reporting maturity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for IT service delivery in the geographic region of oversight
  • Responsible for customer service and service delivery in the region, serving as an escalation point for unresolved end-user issues and complaints
  • Review and audit service management reports, escalating data as appropriate, reviewing data with the team to drive service improvement, and contribute to overall reporting maturity
  • Work closely with the Regional IT Manager to provide facilities planning services related to IT infrastructure provisioning for office growth/expansions, moves, closures, and consolidations
Requirements:
  • Tertiary or industry qualification in Information Technology (or equivalent)
  • Three years' experience working in an IT environment required
  • Travel will be required; must have a valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated capability for problem-solving, decision-making, sound judgment, and assertiveness
