**Inventory Team Manager**

**Based: THG, Melbourne Australia**

Core responsibilities
- Daily management of the safety and wellbeing of a team of inventory auditors
- Responsible for conducting supportive and disciplinary meetings when required.
- Responsible for daily planning and organisation of inventory auditor BAU tasks
- Responsible for managing SLAs of tickets and requests to a designated site.
- Required to lead investigations into stock discrepancies providing clarity and accurate information to Regional Managers and Site leadership.
- Manage holidays for inventory auditors ensuring shift priorities are always covered.

Other responsibilities
- May from time to time be required to cover for regional manager and hold calls with senior business leadership.
- Represent inventory in weekly inventory meetings providing key points of improvement to site leadership.
- Escalate quality related issues to Regional Managers
- Use BI dashboards to provide home site feedback and precise information on regular defect causes and escalate to Regional Manager when required.

Areas of scope
- Responsible for inventory auditor productivity and KPI's.
- Ensuring cycle counts are completed within SLA's.
- Ticket management
- Stock sync investigations
- Managing damages RAC on site
- Managing expired staging locations and escalations
- Review total site held aging.
- Manage amnesty escalating to the operation during spikes.
- Supporting Shift Managers and Heads of Department when teams see increased defect rates.
- Managing ticket closure SLA's and responses
