We are looking for a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at the Park Hotel in Mount Gambier, South Australia. The successful candidate will have a passion for modern Australian cuisine and a minimum of two years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery or equivalent knowledge in cooking and food safety, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work well with front-of-house staff.

Key responsibilities will include preparing and cooking high-quality meals, managing kitchen inventory and supplies, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through our food and service, adhering to work health and safety laws, food safety standards, and allergen requirements.

Able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure, you will also be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including suppliers, customers, employees, and management.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
